New Patient Registration

When you register with us you will be asked to complete a registration form and a health questionnaire which gives us some basic details about you.

Any information given to a health professional and recorded in your notes or on the computer is strictly confidential.  If we telephone you, we may leave a message asking you to call us back.

Once registered you can request an appointment with any of the doctors or nurse in the practice. The receptionists will advise regarding availability.

Practice Area

With effect from 29th June 2022, our practice boundary will change to include only patients who reside within Wishaw, Netherton, Overtown, Bogside, Cambusnethan (not ML2 9) & ML1 5, Cleland.

Patients who are currently registered with a GP Practice in the Health Centre will not be accepted to register unless there are extenuating circumstances e.g removal from a current practice list and no longer registered with a GP in the area.  Practice Manager, Karon Knox will be happy to discuss this with any patient who requires guidance.

Patients who currently reside within our old boundary will remain registered with us, however we will no longer accept requests to register from patients residing outside of the above areas.

 Guide to GP Services

The Royal College of General Practitioners has produced a useful guide for patients about the services on offer at GP Surgeries and how to access them.  You can download the guide below.
